The E.M. Mills Memorial Rose Garden located in Syracuse, New York is part of Thorden Park near Syracuse University. This lovely garden from 1924 was reinvigorated in 2004 and is maintained by volunteers today. This artwork consists of nine 5 x 7 inch individual panels arranged to make the 15 x 21 inch artwork.This artwork was created as part of a proposal for large corporate space with high community traffic. Artist Festivals are Good Fun and Good for the Community

  I think we can all agree that art festivals are quaint and welcoming. The one I attended this year is called Chenango Colorscape Arts Festival. This festival is free to attend and draws 10-15,000 people to the heart of downtown Norwich, New York. Arts are the fourth largest driver of tourism that include visits to museums, theaters, festivals, and community projects, according to Americans for the Arts.
